Day two started the Semi final round with Sacred City Derby Girls Vs. Angel City Derby girls, Sacred City Derby Girls Won 70 to 61. In the second semi final game Bay Area Derby Girls played against Central Coast Roller Derby, Bay Area Derby Girls won 163 to 39. Bay Area Derby Girls and Sacred City Derby Girls advanced to the final round. In the consolation round between Angel City Derby girls and Central Coast Roller Derby, Angel City took third place 146 to 61. In the final game was Bay Area Derby Girls Vs. Sacred City Derby Girls. Bay Area beat Sacred City 101 to 30 becoming the top team in California and taking home the coveted golden skates award. It was a great weekend of roller derby and I am personally looking forward to next years competition.
