In Riverside County on Monday April 21st There will be a beard contest at Nellie Weaver Hall in Norco, CA Map . The event will begin at 8pm following the Chili Cook-Off as part of Norco's annual HorseWeek celebration. HorseWeek begins Friday April 18th with Family Rodeo Night and is a celebration of the towns long history of rural living.
